Our company is one of the first to take advantage of computerized die designing methodology which enabled us to make defect free dies and punches for moulding. Pre moulding treatment coupled with PID temperature controllers are utilized to produce good quality mouldings. We have adopted single vendor system to get incoming materials with uniform quality. The assembly line is equipped with in-process quality verifying instruments. Our quality assurance department is judiciously following the laid down procedure, namely, "to test each final product in our laboratory prior to shipment", thereby ensuring that no product reaches the customer without final testing.
