Jaya Vijaya Industries had been started 5 years back by the senior executive who had worked in a renowned lead acid battery manufacturing company with 25-30 years service under the collaboration with West Germany. Vijaya brand batteries are manufactured by the people in our organisation. All are those who have 25 to 30 years service in a renowned battery manufacturing company and producing quality products through quality systems by inspecting the product through the testing equipment's like air pressure test, short circuit test, polarity test, voltage test, specific gravity test etc.
All type of lead acid battery incoming, brought out materials identified and that have passed through the inspection at each stage. Inspected, certified incoming material has been stored in clearly identified storage area for the next operation.
Lead acid battery flow chart maintained in our organisation & work instruction are followed for ensuring effectiveness and conformity and quality management system, ensuring effectiveness and continous improvement on our production.
Production are inspected at final stage also before packing the goods and stored at adequate condition to prevent damage and deterioration. Protection of the product has been extended for distention delivery as customer specified.
