Vasai Engineering Works are manufacturers of Fabricators and Suppliers of Sheet metal and Engineering Items.Our factory is located in Factory 2, Laxmi Industrial Estate., No.2, Navghar, Vasai Road(E), Dist - Thane. The area of our fabrication workshop is area built up and that of our paint shop is Piolet Industrial Estate, Gala No.10, Navghar, Vasai Road(E), built up. Total area of our unit is easily approachable from area Vasai (W).
Our workshop is fully equipped with full fledged machinery set up. The details of the infrastructure and machinery with us at present is as under.
1. Mechanic Shearing machine of capacity 0000mm x 6mm with N.C. back gauges.
2. Mechanical Press Break 0000mm x 3mm capacity 80 tonnes
3. Power Press 50 tonnes capacity - 02 No. 40 tonnes capacity - 01 No.20 tonnes capacity - Nos.
4. Spot welding machine 20 KVA capacity - 01 No. & 35 KVA capacity - 01 No.
5. Piller Drill machine 12mm / 19mm/ 32mm capacity (01 Nos.)
6. Spray painting guns 1/2 litser and 1 liter capacity (02 Nos.)
7. spray both for powder coating sizing 8' x 0'x 5' with both side operating for spraying job simultaneous with cyclone of 5 HP.
Along with the above full fledged set up, we also have other general machines like Hand Drill machine, Grinders, Hydraulic chop saw, etc., required for precision as well as general fabrication jobs. We have a full team of trained workforce and excellent experience to run the fabrication and paint shop with the required parameters. We also have separate personal for production controls and planning and also for quality control, both for online as well as for final inspection. |
