The company was incorporated in 1998 under the professional management of the three partners viz. Mr.Apurba Kar, Mr.Ramesh Dutta and Mr.Sadhu Saha. The company also has a sister concern "U-Tek" which is msnsged by the same trio.
Top-Tech biomedicals is into the manufacture of patho;ogical and lab products, scientific instruments, tissue culture and chromatography products. U-Tek looks at manufacture of medical goods in addition to the above.
