A direct user base of 100 customers, including about thirty for whom up-gradation of old machines has been done by us to bring them to our standard, and of 500 odd through ancillary sector, enjoys our technology, attention and service. All within a span of about two decades – though we are the latest entrant.
Exported our machines to Gulf, Sri Lanka and Far East and received special recognition award for export performance for 1989-90, still continuing to do exports.
Made innovative changes in the design as well as working and achieved noise reduction, higher productivity, smooth performance, low maintenance cost, increased labour efficiency and as a result high profitability. Still in quest and striving for making improvements. Latest is conversion of shearing machine into powered one from manual to reduce manpower and physical strain to the worker. In the pipeline are a new melting design to do away with heating consumables and comprehensive gear-box system for rolling machine.
Offers rolling machines in eight different sizes under cold-process and four under hot-process, allied machines such as spinning lathes, accessories such as m.s. plates and spares – apart from offering as a turn-key project and / or guidance for setting up a plant including melting / annealing unit.
