Sumangal International is one of the largest producer of fabric in western sector in India's giant textile industry. Each year, more than 5 million meters of suiting and shirting in various blends of Polyester, Viscose, Wool & Cotton is rolled out from our plants.
We at Sumangal International ventured into Information Technology seeing the ever increasing demand for information in the Textile sector. As the production capacities of the Indian Textile is increasing by the day, we felt the need to develop an IT solution for the Industry.
Factory setup:
The Sumangal plants incorporate the latest in technology, with over 100 ultra-modern Sulzer projectile weaving machines. Production is supported by an in-house R&D facility, where new products and processes are under constant development.
Production:
Our integrated manufacturing operations use state-of-the-art textile equipment from the world's leading suppliers. Order processing, production monitoring and process flow are seamlessly integrated through a company-wide computer network which make use of our In-house developed software TANABANA. This helps us meet customer requirements on time.
Details of Future Plans of the organization :
The company plans to import latest Sulzer weaving machines to manufacturer varied widths of fabric required for Exports and Local Market and increase production capacity to 10 Million meters by 2002. Sumangal is also aggressively planning it's business partners worldwide for a global presence.
