Siddalingappa Memorial Hospital was started in 1993 by Dr. S. Lingaraj, Dr. S. Nagaraj and Dr. S. Thyagaraj

Dr. S. Lingaraj is a Paediatrician who did his MBBS from Mysore Medical college, ODTS from UK and also worked in UK for 2 years in Darligton Memorial hospital (North East England) as a Paediatrician
