We were incorporated on 1st March, 1985 as Private Limited Company and obtained the certificate of commencement of Business on 20th February 1987 and subsequently converted to Public Limited Company by 1991.
The company is presently controlled by Mr. Divakar Shetty of Shetron Group and by Mr. V. Parthasarathy. Under the supervision, control and guidance of the board, the day to day affairs of the company are looked after by Mr. V. Parthsarathy, the Director.
