Ball Float Traps are based on time proven plug valve principle, which ensures continuous condensate separation with zero steam leakage. All the functional internals of our traps are made of high-grade corrosion resistant stainless steel and area available in various size upto 160 bar working pressure. The steam traps can withstand 95% back pressure hence these are very much suitable for condensate lifting and recovery applications.
We manufacture Thermodynamic Steam Trap with replaceable capsules. It saves 15% steam energy compare to other Thermodynamic Steam Traps. The complete body of above trap is made of martensitic stainless steel material with inbuilt strainer of SS-304, with 40-mesh size. So corrosion erosion problems will not take place.
We manufacture Moisture, Oil and steam separator. It will drain water automatically by self-adjusted cebtrifugal separator and remove water automatically by imported functional internals from made of high-grade corrosion resistant stainless steel.
