We herby wish to inform that we are in the business of fabrication and engineering since last eleven years. We have developed expertise in stainless-steel, carbon-steel, and mild-steel fabrication having worked on variety of jobs like pressure-vessels, heat-exchangers reaction-vessels, storage-tanks, vapour-separators, drying chambers industrial burners, spark ignition systems, material handling equipment like pallets, trolleys, conveyor systems etc.
Recently we have started manufacturing and supplying press-components to various ISO companies.
In last 2 years time we have developed a manifold casting weighing approx 4 kgs. We use sand-casting method and the raw material is aluminium alloy. We are successfully supplying the casting to an Automotive OEM company, every month.
We also have a unique service to offer i.e. Section Rolling Facility.
We have installed a dedicated 42 tons capacity hydraulic powered section bending machine on which we can roll steel sections, hollow-pipes, bars etc. to various sizes.
We have successfully developed some of the automotive components like rubber moulded wheels, discs, base-bands etc. for export market and exported a few consignments.
