Precise Electronics Pvt. Ltd was formed in the year 1993, and was operationalised in July ‘94. Considering the prevalent potential in the field of Power Electronics and Telecommunication the company started with a single product Servo Stabilizers. As the company gained experience the product range was extended to include Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Constant Voltage Transformers (CVT), Inverters and Float cum Boost Chargers (FCBC). Initially, all the activities were focused towards OEM’s as part of a concerted effort, in order to enter the market via a product-dominated route as against a price-dominated route.
Our success in this has been limited to a few companies who have the confidence in our product i.e. Larsen & Toubro, Crompton Greaves Limited, Blue star, Siemens Limited, HCL (reprographics division.), Chowgule Industries Limited, Bee Electronic Machines Limited, McNeil Engineering Limited, Alcatel Business Systems (India) Limited, Global Telesystems Limited, Tata Telecom Limited to name a few. Some of the consultants who have technically approved of our products are, Engineering Projects India Limited, Unik Engineering, Bhagwati Designs and Associates, Dalal Consultants, Dorr-Oliver, Bharat Parekh & Associates and Roshan Electricals.
Management
Precise Electronics Pvt. Ltd is run on professional lines by a group of directors. The board comprises of: Mr.V.N.Shanbhag, Mr.Ramdas Murdeshwar, Mr.Rajesh Talpade.
Mr.V.N.Shanbhag looks after the day-to-day management of the company along with Mr.Ramdas Murdeshwar heading the technical function. Mr. Rajesh Talpade provides strategic consultancy for business development, diversification and alliances.
In each of the products, Precise has satisfied customers all over the country. At the stage of design of products, our main focus is on developing a quality product which is as per specification, extremely reliable, rugged and can function in Indian conditions of dust, temperature, moisture and end user handling (at times mis-handling).
