We as a group of Engineers, who have gained an handsome experience of over 9 years, in India and Abroad, in the field os Designing, Manufacturing, Assembling and Commissioning of various cam operated, PLC controlled. Automatic and Semi-automatic assembly machines, Feeding and loading systems, Indexing units, etc., which are used in various fields such as Electrical Switch Gear industry, Fan industry, Electronic industry, Automobile industry, Pen industry, Bulb industry, Packaging industry, Medical and Pharmaceutical industry etc. ; can boast to product quality. We have a very good exposure in pneumatics and related units such as Indexing units, Slides, Grippers, Pick and Place units etc., cams and related lever linkage mechanisms, various types of sensors used in detecting components, encoders and PLC controlled machines.
We are small group of about 6 Engineers and 2 skilled operators working together to produce custom built automatic assembly machines to the entire satisfaction of our customer. We are equipped with a small tool room to carry out immediate operation such as milling and drilling, besides from our manufacturing associate being employed with work force of about 25 persons. which includes skilled and semi-skilled operators along with qualified engineers. Other than sheet metal fabrication, machining facilities such as Milling (fitted with DRO), Lathe work, Surface grinding, Cutting, and Hand press are also available.
