The origin of the Family Business, which now operates worldwide could be traced back to the year 1960, the time industrial Revolution in India was finding its roots, when MR. SHIMBHOUNATH GUPTA (1920 - 1994) in his wisdom founded the family business in the name of PARVEEN INDUSTRIES PVT.LTD., to manufacture Metallic Conduits for the electric cables which branched off in 1983 in the manufacture of high precision Oilfield Equipment to cater to the needs of various oilfields in India and abroad.
The endeavours of PARVEEN in the manufacture of Oilfield Equipment of high quality has led to its worldwide recognition and PARVEEN's products have carved a niche not only in India but also in MIDDLE EAST, PHILLIPINES, PAKISTAN, AUSTRALIA, NEWZEALAND and USA etc. PARVEEN has earned ISO 9001 Certification and 6 API Licenses (5L, 5CT, 6A, 7, 11V1, 16C) to stamp API monograms on almost 35 products and is also a regular member of NACE, ASTM etc. Continuous effort from inception enabled PARVEEN to receive State Award for Export, National Awards for Import substitution and Certificate of Export Excellence from Engineering Export Promotion Council.

PARVEEN Quality Assurance System operates throughout the organization with the involvement of all departments and personnel at all levels as an ongoing improvement programme which utilises latest techniques e.g. Concurrent engineering, Value Engineering, S.Q.C., Design Review etc. Its system is based upon ISO 9001 and API-QI and Plant has got third party approval from ABS.
