Orion Traders was constituted way back in January 1960 by Mr. Rasik J. Doshi as a proprietory concern.
First company's activities was export to East Africa of spices, seeds, pulses and general merchandise. Slowly and gradually due to our strict quality control and personal efforts by 1962. We expanded our business with Kenya, Uganda, Malawi and Mauritius. Then in 1966 we started with Srilanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Aden, Ethiopia, UK, USA. Our business was expanding day by day by the grace of god.
In 1979 Mr. Shailesh joined in business and then company converted into partnership company. Mr. Shailesh is B.Com, M.B.A. After his joining the company, thanks to untiring efforts of father and son and excellent service rendered to our customers and agents the world over, we can look back with pardonable pride and satisfaction, on our almost phenomenal progress to date.
Today Orion Traders is Government of India recognised Export House exporting to all most all countries of world, enjoying confidence of improters. We are today having leading reputed and quality conscious importers as our customers.
