National Institute of Ophthalmology:-

Established in 1993 the national institute of ophthalmology is committed to the delivery of quality eye care. It houses the best existing technology in the world and also a team of professionals trained in the various specialties of ophthalmology to treat eye diseases.

The premises have luxuries private/semi-private rooms and a general ward. The operation theatre complex has three air conditioned surgical theatres, sterilization room with ETO and statim (flash autoclave)facilities. All the features are equipped with ultramodern microscopes and CCD facilities for Phaco surgery, Small Incision Surgery, Vitreoretinal Surgery & Keatoplasty.

The Institute is authorised for treatment of central Government Employees (CGHS Scheme).
