NILCHANDRA ENGG PVT LTD. commenced production in April, 1996 to manufacture CnC Sheet Metal component duly painted / plated and assembly to cater to the needs of switchgear, industrial ups, computer peripherals, xerox machine, air conditioners, furniture and medical equipments etc. The factory has a built-up area of 12,300 sq. ft. and separate building for other utilities such as compressor room, main electrical sub-station, provision for generators, etc. and separate administrative building of around 3000 sq. ft.
Our Machine Power
The company is utilizing most modern and state-of-the-art technology for manufacturing the above mentioned product to ensure high quality and repeated accuracy and also high productivity. The production method takes care of the flexibility required for varying customer needs. The company is usingmost modern machinaries such as CNC TURRET PUNCH PRESS OF "AHMADA" JAPAN, CNC PRESS BRAKE OF "AHMADA" FRANCE, NC SHEARING, MIG WELDING, DRILLING CUM TAPPING MACHINE, SPOT WELDING MACHINE etc. for manufacturing the components required for above mentioned products.
Ampunch-3 and Amnesting Software
In addition to the 'CNC Turret Punch Press', the factory has highly sophisticated CNC part programming system "Ampunch - 3 and Amnesting" developed by AHMADA CO LTD., USA. Being utilized for CNC Turret Punch Press.
Phosphating and Painting
In addition to the above mentioned modern facilities for fabrication, we have excellent pre-treatment and painting facilities. The phosphating process consists of 7 tank system complete with semi-automatic transporter for conveying material from one station to the other. Painting shop has got facilities nd equipment installed for epoxy powder coating. Two powder coating gun are installed in a back to back fashion of facility application of powder on both the face of the component. This unit consists of recovery system and cyclone filter. Baking oven is of substantial large capacity to handle large job. The powder applictor is one of the best available for electrostatic powder application. The paint shop has got horizontal conveyor system where by manual handling of the sheet is kept at the nare minimum and also to avoid oil smudging during transportation from stage to stage. The air-drying unit is to ensure that the material on way to the powder coating unit is free of oil and moisture traces.
Assembly
The company has started assembly of cubical on a small lot basis and intends to go on the large scale basis.
The Final Analysis
Testing facilities require for the routine testing of sheet metal components and further checking paint thickness.
