Manikchand Exports was established in the year 1997. It started as a Merchant Exporter and Sister concern of M/S D.M. Fabrics(India) basically a Fabric supplier to Exporter since 1985 having turnover of 10 crores annually. Since 3 years we are catering to USA and other American clientele.
One of the partners Mr. Ramesh M Kothari has twenty years experience in garment exports. In recent days we have acquired seperate full fledged office at Mumbai to look after only Garment related trade activities covering area of approx 2000 sq ft which includes showroom and sampling division
Production Pattern
Manikchand Exports has its own production unit at prime location in Bhandup area with latest imported heavy duty sewing machines with steam iron. We have also tie-ups with reputed contractors having good infrastructure.
Quality control
The merchandising department keeps a strict control over order tracking. The buyers are kept updated by sending weekly status report till the shipment is done. It controls quality, delivery schedules and maintaining total transparency with buyer
Sample of fabrics, all accessories and garment are approved in advance by the clients
Fabric is checked and arrow marked for defect before bulk cutting
