J.P. Tools and Components started in 1985 by Mr. Jai Bhambhani as a SSI unit with sophisticated engineering machines in the field of mechanical engineering.
In 1992, India opened its doors to the world market, looking at a different perspective. Mr. Jai Bhambhani shifted his attention from mechanical engineering to automobile electronics.
J.P. Tools and Components joined hands with Elmwood Sensors(U.K) in 1994 and started manufacturing thermostats, sensors, thermal fuses for the fast growing automobile market in India.
In 1995, J.P. Tools and Components became an original equipment supplier to various large manufacturing companies, which mainly consisted of automobile manufacturers.
Other than being a major source of thermostats, sensor for the Indian Market, J.P. Tools and Components has also been exporting thermostats to West Germany since 1998.
At present the company is catering to Telco, Mahindra and Mahindra, Voltas Air International, Tata Toyo Radiators Ltd, Keltron, Siemens, NEPC and various other companies.
Looking at the bright future of the automobiles industries J.P. Tools and Components is also developing NTC PTC thermisters and various engine management sensors for the future requirement of all the sophisticated vehicles.
