We are having all kinds of raw material ex-stock like Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel.

We are approved by all leading Third Party Inspection Agencies of India and International repute - EIL, LRIS, DNV, SGS, LURGI etc.
TESTING FACILITIES
The company has a sophisticated laboratory equipped with all testing instruments duly calibrated for carrying out tests on the Chemical & Physical properties. We also have the facility for Non-Destructive Testing - Ultrasonic Test, Dye penetrant Test, Magnetic Test.
FORGINGS FACILITIES
Our forge shop consists of - Open Die : 3 Open Forging Hammers, Close Die : 2 Close Die Forging Hammers, suppordted by Power Presses and Cutting Machines : 3 Bi-Metal, Bend Saws.
HEAT TREATMENT FACILITIES
The company has 2 Nos.of Oil Fired Heat Treatment Furnaces equipped with Water Quenching setup. Forgings are heat treated as per material specification - Normalising, Annealing, Tempering and Water Quenching.
MACHINING FACILITIES
Our machine shop consists of 25 Lathe Machines, Shapers, Milling Machines, Radial Drill Machines, Grinder, etc. to do all machining in-house. |
