The promoters of this company are young and energetic, having a very vast experience in packaging for more than 12 years. One of the partners is a B.E. graduate in Printing & Packaging & the other being a Science graduate having a good experience in handling industrial marketing.
Infrastructure & Facilities:
Two German-made offset printing machines to handle around 1,00,000-1,25,000 inner cartons in multi-colours in a day. The sizes of the machines are 30'' x 40'' & other being 20'' x 30''
Three big size & one small size Punching machines with the same capacity as above. The size of the bigger ones is 23'' x 36'' & the similar one is 19'' x 26''. They are of indian make with imported components.
A lamination & a varnishing machine for the finishing operations where we have substantial spare capacity. The size of the lamination machine is 36''& that of varnishing machine is 23'' x 36''.
A sheet-to-sheet pasting machine which can paste boards to boards to make higher GSM cartons in the range of 550-750 GSM's. This specialised operation fetches a very good volume of export shoe boxes from shoe exporters.
A mini-flute corrugate of 52'' size which can handle 2 tons a day comfortably. Two 62'' corrugation-pasting machines & two pinning machines to handle about 10,000 corrugated cartons a day.
