They have been actively involved in developing and putting into practice Business Process Integration methodologies and are familiar with current practices in this area. FW has a strong knowledge base in the domain of enterprise wide processes and functionalities.

1. FW gives consulting services in areas of preparing integrated project plans (costs, time and quality) and development of sector specific tools for progress monitoring and control.
2. FW has developed a software product for site work measurement and billing. This product is specially developed for Civil Construction Companies who spend great amount of time and money calculating work quantities and then preparing payment sheets and invoices. This product reduces the cost and time taken for these tasks by 80%!
3. The company is also presently developing a software solution platform for integrating project planning, monitoring and controlling activities and functions.
4. FW is in alliance with BaaN for implementing their ERP solution at different client sites.
5. FW also offers BrainPower; an ERP platform created specifically general Manufacturing and Chemical/Pharma sector to Indian and foreign companies.

FW has very extensive connections with Japanese companies (E-Solutions and B-Eng., which are IT initiatives of TOYO Engineering) executing implementation and development projects for ERP solution providing Organizations. FW also has committed arrangements with a Japanese company-TSS- to support them in the marketing efforts and local administrative work.
