The main objective of the company is to manufacture high precision machine tool components, accessories, toolings, jigs, fixtures, and import substitute toolings to machine tool OEM's and automobile industries.

The promoters are technocrats with rich experience of 15-20 years in medium scale engineering industries. Everyone is having sufficient technical background and experience in various fields like manufacturing, quality control, maintenance etc.

The company made its presence felt in the market by supplying spares and accessories for multispindle automats and there-after gained in confidence to take up challenging jobs for high profile clients like Widia (India) Ltd., BFW Ltd., SKF Bearing Ltd., BEML, HAL and Anglo French Textiles.

Some of the products which brought high customer satisfaction were:

1. The Valve Seat Generating Head (Import Substitute) a complicated tooling used to generate a taper bore and a cylindrical hole in the same set up with high true running, accuracy and surface finish for the automobile engine body.

2. Fine Boring Head - A precision boring system to fine bore and face the automobile cylinder block bore to IT 7 tolerance over number of components.

3. Micro Boring Head - The company has developed various types of boring heads and special boring heads with ISO, BT and FS taper. These special boring bars have a number of micro-bore cartridges to bore a number of holes from a single boring bar

In addition to the existing tool room activity the company has installed a 'CNC Vertical Machining Centre' to cater to the growing demands of precision components at large quantities.
