Caravan Engineers is catering to all major Automobile , Industrial Engine Manufacturers in and around Maharashtra and all over India. In the automobile segment we are supplying critical seals like Gearbox Seals,Crankshaft Seals,Engine Seals,Hub Seals,Camshaft Seals,Axle Seals and other non-automobile & industrial engine seals. For Industrial Engines we are supplying flywheel and gear end wheel seals. We are also supplying to Tractor manufacturers,Heavy Genset Manufacturers,Steering Gear manufacturers,Home Appliance companies.

The factory and the registered office is located at Plot No.38,Gultekdi,Poona Small Scale Industrial Co-op Estate Ltd.,Pune-37. The factory is well located & spread over a large area. Caravan adopts the latest methods like CAD /CAM in development and has a full fledged inhouse toolroom. In the factory the best manufacturing machinery with all the needed processing machinery is installed and operated by skilled labour . The products manufactured adhere strictly to the quality standards due to in process inspection process and 100% final inspection and random inspection of internal properties.
This is possible as Caravan Engineers has state of art Laboratory with ultra modern testing equipment like Endurance Testing to test the performance of the seal ,Lip Opening Pressure Machine. Tensile Tester for elongation of rubber ,Shadow Graph for internal critical values and dimensions of the seal,Muffel Furnace to detect the ash content and full fledged Chemical Laboratory to test analytical chemical properties of the raw materials.
