Our factories in Calcutta, India are furnished with highly sophisticated and heady duty machinery, including a large variety of CNC lathes, tool room lathes, engine lathes, vertical mills, radial drills, upright drills, horizontal and vertical boring mills, hydraulic shears, grinding machines, honing machines, cold saw machines, automats, turret lathes, jig boring, slotting machines, gear hobbing machines, planno milling machines, shaping machines, and band saws from all over the world. These factories are equipped with heat treatment plant, grinding department, assembly department, forging facilities, and testing and inspecting facilities.
We employ a fully trained staff of over 110 skilled employees including mechanical and electrical engineers, assembly technicians, and machinists with an average of 15 years of experience. The experience combined with a willingness and ability to use today’s technology gives us a unique capacity to develop highly precision tools and machinery.
