Our Job begins with material testing ,chemistry and ultrasound, material procurement, forging, proof machining, ultrasound testing, normalising, finish machining, heat treatment, sub zero treatment where called for, grinding, magnaflux where necessary, inspection and certification.Special rust preventive treatments are carried out to last for years of prevention.Utmostcare is taken in packing the components and assemblies to last through the rough of tumbel of transportation and we stand responsible until the consignment si unpacked at the receivers end.We give extended period of warranty on our product workmanship.
We specialize in machining of casings and housings in cast iron, steel castings, aluminium, or welded fabrications, for transmissions, gearboxes and special purpose machines.We design and create our own jigs and fixtures for repetitive jobs.castings are machined to an accuracy of 10 microns.Hardened and ground components are finished to an accuracy of 5 microns where ever necessary.We have well cultivated sources for supply of raw materials such as castings, alloy steels and nonferrous metals.We also have a network of well organised and dedicated sub contractors who carry out specialised and quality process for you.
