Main Objects of the Company

The main objects of the company, as set out in its Memorandum of Association, are as follows:

"To Provide Management Consultancy Services in the field of finance, investment, industrial enterprises, trade, commerce, business, estate related activities, technical or management collaboration etc."

"To act and carry on the business of stock broking, brokers including sub-brokers to the issue of securities, bonds of all kinds and description, portfolio manager, merchant banking in all aspects, manager or agents to the issue, share transfer agents, investment counselling, fixed deposit brokers, internet stock broking, inter-corporate investments, finance, advisors for the issue of securities for all kinds and types in all their aspects in India and outside and to provide financial services, research advisory and counselling services as provided by share brokers, investment consultants and to obtain agency business".

Activities

The Company's major operations are marketing of financial products of all leading financial institutions, mutual funds, and banks. The company has mobilised to the tune of Rs. 3 crores in the very first year 2001-02 of its marketing of financial products and is expecting to reach the target of Rs. 10 crore in the next one year. Thereby expecting to mobilise the funds growth at an average rate of 300% every year.

The company's operations also include Portfolio Investment and Portfolio Management in Shares, Stocks, Debentures, Units, Securities including Government Bonds, Loans etc.

To assist in providing finances for any company, firm, person or association by way of advances, loans, deposits and to underwrite any issue of shares, debentures, bonds or other securities.

The operation also includes providing consultancy in designing, structuring financial and management systems, to evaluate brands and businesses, to advise on preparing budgets and projections and undertake feasibility study and guidance on preparing project reports.
