The Promoter Mr. R.S. Sodhani took the initiative of starting Bearing business in 1955 at Kolkata(West Bengal - India). His willingness & desire to do the Bearing business was strongly backed by the continuous developing Industrial growth in India. As bearings play an important role in Industries it was felt that procurement of Bearings from Local bearing manufacturers as well as from Imports should be developed & hence the trading activity was adopted & spread over in various states in India. Initially we dealt in various brands of bearings & ultimately in 1972 we became Authorised dealers of SKF Bearings.
At present the Group activities are concentrated over various states in India backed by our Sales Engineers as well as assisted by Engineers of SKF Group. The main administrative office is at Mumbai.
